Refund policy
At Monroes, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the hygienic nature of our hair care products, we can only accept returns under specific conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original luxury packaging.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [ hello@monroes.sbs.] with photos of the product, and we will send a replacement free of charge.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item arrived damaged.
